Decomposing male found floating 8-10 miles off the coast of Pinellas County in the Gulf of Mexico with two gunshot wounds. Decedent had chains, 60 pounds of plastic coated barbell weights, and two combination locks secured to him. Decedent may have been of Latin, Italian or Greek descent.
