Medical

Healed fractures of proximal shaft, the distal shafts of the right ulna and radius, midshaft of the right fibula, and 3 right ribs. Old fractures to the nasal bones and adnormalities of both temporomandibular joints. Right and 5th metacarpals may have healed fractures.
